  • The ERAS team acknowledges and understands the concern expressed by users about the timing of our upcoming system maintenance.  We recognize that there is never a good time for an outage, however each of our systems requires maintenance to continuously improve service reliability and provide enhanced support for data protection.   Within ERAS, critical maintenance periods fall at the close of each application cycle – at the end of October for the July and September cycles, and at the end of May for the December cycle.  Please be aware that the timing is chosen after careful consideration so to not compromise the integrity of ERAS systems and application cycles.    Our Print to PDF and Bulk Export job aids as well as our HelpDesk are available to assist with workarounds.  We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to continuously improve our service and protect the security of your valuable data. ------------------------------ ERAS Team ----------------------- ...
